After July's meeting with the partner network's leadership, the first group officially begins the course.
On July 14, 2026, the project's founder met with the leadership of the partner church network in India and shared the vision of free theological training for local pastors. The response, as we reported at the time, was one of joy and enthusiasm — and the following weeks were spent working out the last practical details.
Now, in August, we can announce that the first group of pastors in West Bengal has officially begun studying the Interdenominational Theology Course, with the first class already translated and dubbed in Bengali. This initial group has a strategic role: more than just "the first students," they'll help refine the follow-up model itself — the pace of monthly in-person gatherings, the dynamics of individual study by phone, and the evaluation process — before we expand to the other groups linked to the partner network.
